The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing all Juniscap members from the first day they join our family. Above all, they work to develop the motivation and well-being of the members to achieve the best results!

Their tasks are divided between recruitment, preparing the entry of new members and evaluating their performance, promoting the training plan and managing the organizational climate and culture.
