Another primary goal is to promote learning and cultivate members' skills by applying their knowledge in an academic context, bringing them closer to the business world.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

JE Portugal<\/a>\u00a0represents and collaborates with Junior Enterprises in Portugal<\/b>, fostering support and partnerships through events that create synergies among different Junior Enterprises. By promoting an enterprising spirit and encouraging critical thinking, Junior Enterprises are ensured continuous evolution.<\/p>

Additionally, JE Portugal recognizes the presence of Junior Initiatives in the country. The concept of a Junior Initiative differs from that of a Junior Enterprise; the former involves an in-development project to become a Junior Enterprise, while the latter refers to an organization already federated by JE. As a result, a Junior Initiative shares the same concept and main objectives as a Junior Enterprise. Como est\u00e3o estruturadas as j\u00fanior empresas?<\/h2>

There is no set <\/span>structure to create a Junior Enterprise. However, each one needs to include three Social Organs (Direction, General Assembly Table, and Fiscal Council).\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

In brief, the Direction is primarily responsible for operational and strategic management, as well as making important decisions regarding the entire Junior Enterprise. The General Assembly Table has a more bureaucratic but still vital role, focusing on scheduling general assemblies when necessary to discuss crucial topics for everyone. Lastly, the Fiscal Council is tasked with overseeing the management process and ensuring the execution of the Junior Enterprise objectives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Although there isn't a defined structure for creating a Junior Enterprise, each one works towards the same purpose: promoting skills development through direct contact with real-life companies.
